Hard mattresses could really ruin a good night's sleep!!! Limited seating in the room made it difficult for comfortable conversations.

Overall it was a very nice stay on our weekend getaway. All members of the staff was amazingly attentive and very very helpful. The location was unbeatable, to a bike rental shop! Besides, it was just next door to the restaurants as well as all Provincetown attractions.

The Superior Queen Room was well-appointed, with a cozy atmosphere that complemented the warm hospitality experienced . Enjoying good local pastries during breakfast enhanced the mornings. Seating in the common areas felt limited, occasionally making it hard to mingle. The bathroom showed some signs of wear and could benefit from updates, which affected the overall comfort a bit.

The Superior Queen Room was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast featured good homemade scones. Enjoyed drinks on the front porch. Engaging conversations with other guests made it feel like home 😊

We had a fantastic group getaway! The location was spot on with easy access to local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed live music on the porch while sipping cocktails. Don't miss out on the unique breakfast options, too. Perfect for making memories with friends!

The only downside was some limited seating in the common areas, a bit cramped at times, especially when everyone wanted to gather.

Tom and Brian provide attentive service with a warm and cute atmosphere. The Parton room felt cozy and had easy access to the backyard, perfect for enjoying drinks and conversations. Breakfast included homemade items that brought a good start to the day. The shared areas offered a great community vibe. The location was ideal for exploring P-town, but limited seating in the room made relaxing a bit challenging. The stay reminded me of being at home, but a little more seating would be nice!

It was just a good pick for a mini-vacation in Provincetown with really good value. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home, even going as far as pulling out some board games for us to enjoy in the evening. Grab a drink and relax on the porch to soak in the vibe.

Great location near Herring Cove Beach and rooms are quite spacious with cozy beds.
